consider it an honor and privilege to host the 21st Church Assembly/Sabor of the Serbian Orthodox Church in North and South America.

For this Sabor, our honoered guest and keynote speaker will be His Eminence Archbisop Demetrios of America, Primate of the Greek Orthodox Church in America and Chairman of the Assembly of Canonical Orthodox Bishops of North & Central America

DATES

The Registration Hours for the Church Assembly-Sabor are: 
Monday, August 4th 12:00 pm - 8:00 pm
Tuesday, August 5th 9:00 am - 11:00 am
The Sabor will open with the Divine Liturgy and Invocation of the Holy Spirit on Tuesday, August 5, 2014 at 9:00 a.m.
All Sabor deliberations will conclude by Thursday, August 7th with lunch.
Please make your travel arrangements accordingly.

All events, meetings, sessions, meals and banquet will be held at Saint Steven's Serbian Orthodox Cathedral, 
1621 West Garvey Avenue, Alhambra, CA  91803

CREDENTIALS

Each participant of the Sabor is required to complete the credentials form and return it with a registration fee of $200.00 per person in U.S. Funds made payable to “Western American Diocese" and mailed to SABOR 2014, c/o Saint Steven's Serbian Orthodox Cathedral, 1621 West Garvey Avenue, Alhambra, CA 91803.

REGISTRATION FEE

The $200.00 registration fee for each participant is generally paid for in advance by the church or organization being represented.
As in previous years, these funds are used to pay some of the expenses incurred in preparing for the Sabor. 
The Registration Fee is inclusive of all Sabor Meal, Grand Banquest ticket, Workshops, Sabor Regisrtation Folio and other collateral materials. However, it does not cover transportation and lodging.
 
Please note the following registration fees for the 21st Church Assembly-Sabor
$200 Registration Fee for duly elected clergy and lay delgates
$200 Central Church and Diocesan Council Members 
$125 Registration for retired Clergy and retired Protinicas
$50 per day for Non-Delegates/Guests (Will only receive meal ticket packet)

ACCOMMODATIONS

Everyone must make their own hotel reservations directly with a hotel. Hotel information for the Sabor may be found on this website. It is IMPORTANT that you make your hotel reservation early to receive a good rate.

PLENARY SESSIONS AND WORKSHOPS

Thurday, August 6th 10:00 am - 1:00 pm

GRAND BANQUET
Tuesday Evening, August 5th, 7:00 pm - 11:00 pm in the Saint Steven's Social Hall.
Banquet Tickets are included in the registration fee. 

Saint Nicholai Oratorical Festival
The finalists for this important and inspirational youth activity
of our Dioceses will be featured during the Sabor proceedings.
